Megan Leigh has had a strong passion for nutrition and fitness for many years. In Dec. 2007, she graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from Radford University. After graduation she relocated to Portland, OR and began working as a nutritionist, personal trainer- following her dream to inspire others.

She also runs group exercise programs incorporating agility, strength, endurance and resistance training at Fulcrum Fitness in Portland and Vancouver, OR.
Her specialties include holistic woman’s health, functional fitness, rehabilitation and injury prevention, flexibility training, strength endurance and fat loss.
